Calcium/Calcium Batteries
Many batteries will be replaced this winter but did you know if your vehicle was made from 1997 onwards then you should only use a calcium/calcium battery?
Many manufacturers (ford included) used the smart charge system from this date which requires this type of battery to be used. Failure to fit this kind of battery can result in serious damage to the battery, charging systems, ECU, etc.
